Brighten up your home with this Trio Of Crochet Pots.

Short, tall or wide, this easy to follow design uses basic stitches for a quick and simple construction, therefore making it perfect for the beginner crocheter. If you know how to make a magic ring and can half treble crochet then you can easily make this convenient set.

These practical pots are extremely versatile and can be used for storing multiple items.  I like to use the tall one for storing my needles and crochet hooks, but they’re also perfect for pens or makeup brushes. The short pot works brilliantly for keeping jewellery or small craft supplies such as stitch holders and buttons safe and the wide one is an ideal place to drop your keys when you walk through the door.

Each basket is crocheted holding 2 strands of cotton aran together using a 6mm hook.

SIZE:
The finished dimensions (diameter and height) of each pot are as follows:

Short: 4in (10cm) x 2in (5cm)
Tall: 4in (10cm) x 4in (10cm)
Wide: 5in (13cm) x 3in (8cm)

YARN:
You can use any aran cotton yarn (held double) you wish to crochet this pattern. The samples in the photos are worked using Drops Paris Cotton Aran (1 50g ball = 75m (82yd)).

Each pot uses less than 1 ball of Drops Paris, so no more than 75m (82yds)

NEEDLES AND NOTIONS:
6mm crochet hook
Tapestry needle to weave in the ends
