The Triple Cross Vest
I’ve always loved the look of a long, lacy vest. When I sold finished crochet projects on Etsy I had the privilege of making many long vests. The vibe is just so carefree and boho. I knew that one day I would design my own long vest. And here it is!
I dug deep into my stash and came out with a large bag of cotton yarn for this one. I wanted to be able to wear it during the summer without feeling sweaty and uncomfortable. Nob Hill Yarns Casual Cotton is a discontinued brand that was sold at Herrschners. The label says it is a #4 Worsted, but when I did a WPI test it measured as more like a #3 Dk. It is 14 WPI and I would recommend using a yarn of similar weight for this pattern.
Finished Sizes:
Instructions given to fit size X-small/small; changes for medium/large, X-large/2X-large, 3X-large/4X-large, and 5X-large/6X-large are in ()

To Fit Bust: 33”-37” (37”-42”, 42”-50”, 50”-58”, 58”-66”)
Finished Length: Approximately 38” from shoulder to bottom hem. I also included instructions to adjust the length if you wish.
Materials:
I used Nob Hill Yarns Casual Cotton, which is 100% Cotton and listed as a #4 Worsted, but is actually more of a #3 DK .
Any yarn of similar weight (about 14 WPI) would work.
