About Gauge: The exact gauge does not matter, since this pattern is made to your own size. The pattern should still look okay as long as you use a similar yarn and needle size and follow the instructions carefully. You can however make a test swatch using the chart in this pattern, to see how you yarn looks like with this technique.

You will need

• A 4-ply cotton in two colours. Example uses Cotton Kings Cone 500 in colour Cobalt Blue and Ash.
• This pattern is made-to-measure. Amounts are estimated based upon how much my testers used.
• A 2.5mm crochet hook
• A darning needle
• Scissors
• Stitch markers
