Main Color (MC): White; 120-140 yds
Contrast Color 1 (CC1): Gray; 60-70 yds
Contrast Color 2 (CC2): Black; 50-60 yds

Badgerface Fiber Icelandic is a strong and lofty DK weight yarn with a bit of fuzz. If you’re substituting yarn, pick a DK (or heavy fingering) weight yarn that will be equally warm.

Needles
The sample is a small, knit on US1.5.

Different sizes are achieved by adjusting your needle size to achieve the appropriate gauge.

Small: 34 st, 33 rows in 4 inches
Medium: 31 st, 30 rows in 4 inches

The mitten size can be made larger simply by using larger needles. The sample is made in a size small, and test knitters have knit larger versions at looser gauge with larger needles.
