Pattern Notes
This beautiful quick knit is one that I’ve had in my notebooks for quite some time. I originally wrote it when going to visit my brother on a long train ride down to Truro (hence the name). It’s a fast easy pattern to memorise and the results are just stunning.
This was the first of its kind and one of my favourites - so warm and in beautiful bright autumnal colours too!

Dimensions
The Shawls finished and blocked dimensions are approximately 170cm by 60cm
There are 16 ridge repeats and it’s finished with the beautiful ruffle edging.

Materials
4ply yarn - approximately 875 - 900 yards. If you find that you don’t quite have the right yardage, the border looks beautiful in a contrasting or similar colour.
3.25mm Knitting needles (Preferably Circular)
Stich markers
Tapestry Needle
Row counter
Cable Needle (unless you prefer to use the cable without a needle method)
