Trustworthy
Discontinued
Trustworthy is a comfortable Autumn and Winter wardrobe staple that can be trusted to match any style. The basic shape, the elegant round neckline, and the longitudinal cables flatter every silhouette. It’s a classic piece that will last you multiple seasons.
The cardigan is knitted seamlessly from the top down. Start with the saddle shoulders, then work back and front separately, until you reach the underarm. Sleeves are worked from the top-down, seamless, and the cap is shaped with short-rows. Charts and written explanations are provided for the cable pattern.
Knit this cardigan with 1 to 3 inches of ease to have a comfortable and classic fit.

Techniques and methods are either explained in the pattern itself, or links are provided that point to web-tutorials.
If you are going to substitute the suggested yarn make sure that the yardage is similar to the one stated in the pattern and that you get gauge, to end up with a garment with a fit similar to the pictured sample. Also, keep in mind that some merino yarns might grow in length after washing and blocking.
The pattern was tech edited and test knitted.
