This is a short pattern guideline/tutorial on how to create a heat pack using Tunisian Crochet.

A photographic tutorial can be found in the pattern link for those who are new to the technique. Pattern assumes that reader already has simple knowledge of sewing (for the heatpack).

Yarn and hook size can vary depending on how the crocheter and are not set in stone.

Cozy is knit flat then seamed up the side. A separate piece of fabric is then filled with rice (or lavender) and inserted.
