Tsubaki - camellia japonica - is an epaulet sleeve pullover with large, gorgeous cables, worked without ever cutting yarn. Enjoy the original construction of this sweater!

◆ Note
The pullover is worked top-down. The neck band is worked in the round first, then the neckline and shoulder drop are created with short rows at the same time as the gathers on the shoulders. The yoke and sleeve caps are then worked in the round to the underarm, where the body is set aside. The sleeves are worked back and forth and seamed with a special technique (zip-up seam). On completion of both sleeves, the body is worked to the hem in the round. Note that the rounds begin at center back.

編み方概要
まずネックバンドを輪編みし、そこに引き返し編みで肩下がりを編みつけながら同時に肩のギャザーを作ります。次にヨークと袖ぐりを輪編みします。続けて往復編みで袖を編み、袖下を特殊な技法 （ジップアップシーム）で綴じます。両袖が完成したら身頃下部を裾まで輪編みして出来上がりです。常に後身頃中心を始点に編みます。
