TUCANA (SHAWL-COWL) is inspired by the beautiful yarn Llamor by Hikoo. Baby Llama yarn, ultra soft, lightweight and springy, this yarn reflects beautifully DK and worsted gauges and creates elegant warm-winter accessories.
It contains 109 yards per ball, 5 balls would allow to make reasonable size (72 inch x 14 inch after blocking) shawlette. SHAWL-COWL would require 2 more balls.
The shawl knitted in repeat of 17 rows. The simplicity of the pattern makes the knitting mindless and allows to watch your favorite TV show without being tied up to the pattern description.
As a variation, this pattern offers a SHAWL-COWL (shawl ends up with cowl).
