The Tucson Tote bag is a quick crochet project, with minimal stitch change. Designed for fingering weight cotton yarn (cotton won’t stretch as much as other fibers), you can also use 2 strands of size 10 crochet cotton in two different colors for a marbled effect, like the bag shown in photo. You can use DK or worsted weight yarn with a larger hook, if you like. Just keep in mind your bag will be slightly bigger. Gauge is merely a suggestion here.
