The Tuesday Ponytail Hat is a versatile hat allowing you to wear your hair up and keep your head warm. The hat as two openings allowing you to wear your hat when you choose a low or mid ponytail options for wearing your ponytail high and low. (No top bun option)

The hat is knit top down, in the round. After all stitches are increased, the hat is worked flat to create an opening, the worked in the round to close the openings.

The small size offers a snug fitting hat. The small will stretch to fit an adult head, but the cables tighten the fit. The medium offers a slouchy fit.

Yarn
The small size takes approximate 65 grams of DK weight yarn. One skein of yarn is sufficient to knit either size.
Needles:

US 5(3.75 mm) needle(s) of the knitters choice for knitting in the round and flat;
US 4 (3.5 mm) needle(s) for working in the round;
cable needle.
