It is worked top-down (raglan sleeves) with a built-in button band. The hood is knitted at the hand (flat).

Blocked Garment Measurements:
16.5 (17.75, 19.5, 21.25, 22.5, 24, 25.5, 27, 28.5) inches
Your size’s choice should be based on finished chest measurements as you can shorten/lengthen body and sleeves length if needed. Age label is just there to give a reference.
Measure your child’s chest and then pick a size by adding the number of inches of ease you want.

• 400 (425, 475, 575, 675, 750, 875, 975, 1250) yards of fingering weight yarn or any other yarn that gives gauge
• 32’’ circular needle and double pointed needles (DPNs) US # 2 & 3 (2.75 & 3.25 mm) or any size required to obtain gauge
• Other : 8 stitch markers, 2 stitch holders, 6 (7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) 0.75’’ buttons
