Tulare Hoodie
Experienced, maybe intermediate: lots of fun techniques.
Notes
Lower body is worked in the round beginning with a provisional cast on, then divided to work front and back separately. Stitches are picked up around the neck to work the hood, which is shaped with short rows and joined with grafting or a three-needle bind off. Finally, the provisional cast on is removed and the lower edge finished with an I-Cord bind off.
