The Tulip Garden Cowl is a charming colourwork cowl worked in the round. It has a short hem in stockinette stitch at the beginning and end of the piece. When changing between the stockinette stitch and colourwork sections a single purl rnd is worked to create a natural fold in the fabric. When the knitting is complete the stockinette hems are whip stitched to the WS of the work.
