TULIP_LOOP_ROLLNECK has an oversize fit and roll neck, detailed with ribbing, seed stitch and cables.
The sweater is worked from top to bottom. First the back and front pieces are worked back and forth. Then the two pieces are joined for the body, which is worked in the round. Sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole and the sleeves are worked in the round. To ensure a good fit, short rows are worked at the top of the back piece, shoulders and sleeves. Ribbing, seed stitch and cables are worked on the body and sleeves, and all hems are finished with ribbing.

4.5 mm circular needles (40 and 80 or 100 cm).
4 mm circular needles (40 and 80 or 100 cm) and possibly DPNs in the same size, unless using Magic Loop technique.
3.5 mm circular needles (40 cm).
Cable needle / helping needle.

Gauge_
18 sts x 28 rows in ribbing (k3, p2) on 4.5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking.
