A beautiful cowl with tulips can be crocheted from any yarn. You can easily change the length and width of the cowl as you wish. The scheme is simple and easy to remember.

I use Yarnart COTTON SOFT cotton yarn, it took me 530 m. The cowl is long enough to wrap it around the neck twice.
