This 2-color cloth can be worked to produce either a lighter weight spa cloth or heavier weight dishcloth, depending on the yarn utilized.

The contrast between the lighter color “Tulips” and the darker color “field” is created by alternating between the lighter and darker yarns, with just one active yarn being used per row (no stranding). For additional interest, try using a variegated yarn as the background color!

Almost as easy as 2-row striping…but your results will remind you of a cheerful field of tulips!

Separate instructions are provided for both the spa cloth and the dishcloth and include specific guidelines on how to adjust the size of the cloth.

• The spa cloth requires #4 and #6 needles and the dishcloth requires #6 and #8 needles.
