Adding Accessories to your wardrobe is the easiest way to refresh and expand your options with modest financial expenditures. Tulle (pronounced “Tooleh”) is a doubled collar done with two contrasting neutrals, Latvian Braid, diagonal buttonholes, and joined with a flat 3-needle bind off.

Wear it flat, folded or in some other configuration, using button links (mine use vintage buttons) to pull it together. Texture is provided by diagonal Brique pattern.
