Tundra Twist Hat
Sometimes you’re in the mood to knit some cables and the Tundra Twist Hat is perfect for that! Different cables twist, turn, and play with one another, and they all come together at the top in this super cute hat. Knit in Malabrigo’s super soft Dos Tierras yarn, this hat is soft, stretchy, and warm, and looks great on anyone needing protection from the cold winter tundra!
Finished Size: 22” circumference unstretched
Gauge: 22 sts/4”in Stockinette Stitch
Needles: US 5 16” or 20” circular needles and US 5 double points or size to obtain gauge
Materials: Shown in Malabrigo’s Dos Tierras (50% Merino Wool / 50% Baby Alpaca: 210yds/100g)
Yardage: Approximately 200 yards (1 skein)
Notions: Stitch Marker, Cable Needle
Skill Level: Intermediate
Note: After the ribbing, it is possible to work hat on a 24” circular until the cap shaping.
