Tunic– knitted in 2 pieces (front and back) from the bottom to the top.
The pattern does not give the specific number of the stitches for particular sizes because I have strong opinion that everybody has own preferences for the yarn weight and needles size. As a result the gauge would be different too. And most of the time, if, for example, we take 10 knitters, give them the same size of the needles and the same yarn, everyone of them would end up with own individual gauge. That why I offer to guide the knitters through the project, making the tunic’s size very personal. By the end of the project this tunic will be your own pattern.
To the taste of the knitter it could be summer tunic and made out of cotton, for cooler seasons it could be made out of wool or alpaca.
