Tunic with Big Round Motifs
Brighten up your wardrobe with this eye-catching crochet tunic. The oversize fit at the hips is the perfect style for a layered look, which makes this garment perfect for any occasion (if you are not bound by a dress code). The original Eternal Sunshine Creations tunic is already sold out, but if you like to crochet, it’s not a problem to make your OWN creation! :)
The size of this tunic depends on the width of big round motif (all described in PDF).
As an extra support I have uploaded a video on How to JOIN ANY stitch, picot or motif AS YOU GO https://youtu.be/fi3Os3AzLCg (it’s not for this particular garment, but for any crochet project that requires connections by slip st, sc or dc.
The crochet pattern is available in my shop and on Etsy.
You will receive:
► detailed tutorial in ENGLISH for every row (browse screen shots of 16 pages with main instructions and charts: conceptcreative-tunic (all charts in this preview are blurred on purpose);
► not shown in the preview above are additional 4 pages with detailed HQ charts drawn for upper front and back parts (from neckline edge up to waist), bottom part (from waist to edge) and complete neckline edge as seen from above (with connections of neckline edge to all upper motifs in front, back and sleeves);
these 4 additional HQ charts reveal connections between parts of this tunic and are sufficient for any chart-crocheter (many experienced crocheters print out these 4 pages only);
these charts should be downloaded even if you have not worked with diagrams yet - in a modular item like this tunic it is very important to see how all parts are connected together (as a matter of fact garments with many different modules are impossible to describe without charts);
► all pieces in this tunic are connected as you go; you will learn how to recognize all charted stitches by following written instructions for each module-part (under module-parts I mean all motifs used in the tunic, bottom edge, lace panels between the motifs, neckline).
I do not explain the basics like how to sew side seams or include step by step photos of picots (this stuff is free on youtube). All connections between parts of this tunic are shown in 4 additional charts, so if questions arise I look at the same charts that lay in front of you. Including step by step photos of every described stitch/row instead of drawing detailed charts is much easier (most people have at least one camera) but it means that this pattern becomes over 100 pages and I’m sure it is not what any experienced crocheter expects from a project.
Please keep the original small margins of this PDF during printing out.
This tunic crochet pattern is provided for sizes US (4-8), UK (8-12), Europe (36-40) with bust 84-92 cm (33-36’’) and US (10-12), UK (14-16), Europe (42-44) with bust 94-100 cm (37-39.5’’). For larger sizes use thicker yarn or bigger hook.
Choosing the right YARN and HOOK to achieve great results

Why I do not offer it for free:
There are many people on Etsy who search for free patterns on the internet and then resell them as their own. Probably every second crochet pattern offered on Etsy was taken from a magazine (vintage or new one) or from free Russian blogs with charts.
Some people create/repost free charts to attract more customers to their blogs and all those free charts/free patterns appear one day on Etsy. I can name many of such Etsy shops and provide links to the original free patterns :).
I do not wish to support these girls - drawing HQ charts of this tunic took a while as well as describing the pattern. Therefore I do not allow reprinting, transmitting, reproducing, publishing or otherwise using for commercial purposes my own work (pattern with HQ charts). Thank you for understanding!
