These patterns are made in Tunisian crochet, but do not require an afghan (Tunisian crochet) hook. Simply wrap an elastic band around the end of your hook to keep your stitches from coming off and you are ready to go.

If you want to make a belt instead, just continue adding motifs to the bracelet instructions. You may use larger yarn if you wish, but remember to use a larger hook as well.
