Tunisian Diamonds Shawl
A symmetrically shaped shawl with an asymmetric color layout
This shawl can be done by anyone with a basic knowledge of Tunisian crochet techniques.
Worked side to side in Tunisian Double Crochet Stitch, the piece starts at a top corner and finishes at the opposite straight edge. KnitCircus’ Impressionist Gradient, coupled with the Tunisian crochet technique, gives a very happy, joyful, and subtle color progression.
Designed to use one 150g cake of KnitCircus Opulence, it can be made using a 100g cake for a smaller piece, or using more yarn for a larger piece.
I used a G-size (4.0mm) Denise Interchangable hook and cable measuring 14” - I crochet with a loose tension so you might need to adjust your hook size.
