Tunisian Flame Wrap
Intermediate/Advanced Tunisian lace pattern forming “flames.”
Pattern includes written instructions as well as charts. Fingering weight yarn is ideal, though lace or sport weight can also work. You will need to adjust hook size to achieve good drape. Lace work requires fairly aggressive blocking to fully let the pattern “bloom.” I strongly recommend making and blocking a gauge swatch before beginning the project.
The model uses two cakes of Alize Diva Ombré Batik (250 grams each) in a single tone, worked from dark to light and then light to dark.
