An adorable pixie style bonnet made in Tunisian knit stitch, simple stitch, and purl stitch. The flowers and yoke are made using regular crochet techniques.

Skill Level: Intermediate
Finished Size: Fits a 22” head. Child - adult

You will need:

  • 400 to 500 yards (some have used as much as 700, depending on the yarn) in main colour of any worsted weight yarn you like
  • Small amounts of fingering weight yarn for flowers (approx 10 to 20g)
  • small amounts of contrast colour for the vines and leaves if you will not be making them with the main colour (approximately 10 to 20g)
  • Size 5.00 mm Tunisian/Afghan hook
  • Size 5.00 mm regular
  • hook Size 3.50 mm regular hook
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry Needle
  • Stitch Markers (optional)
  • Measuring Tape
  • 2 small bells ( 1 to 1.5 cm)
