There are a lot of us out there that prefer to not have to knit or seam, I am one of them but I cant get over my love of knitted look, so this is basically my tunisian version without the hassle of seaming the squares as this is made in one piece. Again, it’s super fun because it really holds your interest, yet it’s simple.
I made this blanket I baby size. You can definitely make this blanket in just about any size you’d like. You just need to add set of squares in width and height. I’ve included instructions in the Notes section on how to adjust the size if you’d like. Using only two stitches, you’ll create a variety of textured squares that are reminiscent of quilt squares patterns. It’s easy enough for adventurous beginners and relatively quick to make with chunky yarn!
I also created a companion video with this blanket.
