TUNISIAN CROCHET PATTERN

This cute tree motif is worked in Tunisian Crochet Simple Stitch and is constructed from the top down. Short rows are used to create the trunk of the tree.

Any worsted weight yarn will work. Lionbrand Wool-Ease and Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn were used in the pattern photos.

PATTERN DETAILS

MATERIALS

• 6.5 mm crochet hook
• Worsted Weight Yarn
• Scissors
• Tapestry Needle
• 2 locking Stitch Markers (recommended)

FINISHED SIZE

• approximately 5” tall x 4” wide
• size can easily be modified by adjusting the number of rows worked.

SKILL LEVEL

• Previous experience and knowledge of Tunisian Crochet techniques including: Forward Pass, Return Pass, Tunisian Simple Stitch, and slip stitch bind off is recommended.
• Pattern reading and knowledge of basic crochet stitches are also recommended.
