This pattern was made for an adult small size hat (head circumference:58cm). If you want to do it for a bigger sized head, my advice is to knit a longer strip, or even to make the strip larger. To do so, be careful to always choose a number of stitches that multiplies by 4 +3. For example here: 4x9+3=39 stitches/ 4x10+3=43sts. / 411+3= 47sts, etc.

Les explications conviennent pour un tour de tête de 58 cm, ce que je considère comme une petite taille adulte. Pour un tour de tête plus grand, je conseille de tricoter une bande plus longue, voire éventuellement d’élargir la bande. Pour ce faire, faites bien attention à monter un nombre de maille en multiple de 4+3. Par exemple ici : 4x9+3=39 mailles / 4x10+3=43m. / 411+3= 47m., etc.

Ce turban est tricoté en une longue bande qui est ensuite cousue pour donner la forme finale.
