Turkish Delight Infinity Scarf
I keep seeing all these super cute Turkish girls in downtown Wiesbaden wearing light fabric cowls with fun little bobbles going all around the edges. However, they were not nearly warm enough for this island girl! So, naturally, I came up with my own crocheted version. The best part? You make the bobbled edge as you go, so when you’re done… you’re done! Yeah, baby ^_^
The Bobbles on the edge are actually a modified Rosebud stitch I learned for crocheted Lei making in Hawai’i. This is definitely an intermediate level stitch. However, for those beginners looking to take the next step, I’ve included an awesome photo tutorial that will help smooth the transition! More Advanced stitchers will love how fast and fun this scarf is to whip up!
Great for gifting or keeping! Double it up or wear it long, it always looks both elegant and fun. This project is perfect for all those single skeins you have just waiting to become something beautiful, or for trying out that new variegated color way before committing it to a larger project.
It’s about 6.75” across and the length varies depending on how long you choose to make yours!
