Cables appear to float like magic along the body of this reversible scarf. Crocheted in the round, the cables are worked using the live loop method against a background of back-horizontal-bar half double crochet. The resulting fabric is warm and perfectly squishy.

NOTES

  • Scarf is worked in continuous rounds unless otherwise stated.
  • When working in half double crochet, work in the back horizontal bar unless otherwise stated.
  • When told to work in top of cable, work behind cable loops just made and through top of cable on previous row unless otherwise stated.
  • When working in skipped half double crochet, work behind cable loops unless otherwise stated.
  • All cables are 4-loop cables. Pull up generous cable loops to keep them the same height as the background fabric.
  • To prevent drift, cables are shifted to the left every fourth row.
  • When working drift correction rounds, make sure to work in correct cable.
