Materials
Bucilla Brocade 7 (8, 9) balls
“Boye” Steel crochet hook size 0 -- or size needed to obtain gauge.

Crocheted Gauge: 5 shells = 2 inches; 10 rows = 3 inches
Blocked Gauge: 7 shells = 3 inches; 10 rows = 4 inches

Note: A swatch should be crocheted and blocked before starting shell, to make sure that your blocked gauge agrees with the blocked gauge given at the beginning of these instructions.

Measurements for blocking:
Width at bustline: 38 ½ (40 ½, 42 ½) inches
Width of back at underarm: 18 ½ (19 ½, 20 ½) inches
Length from lower edge to underarm: 9 (9, 9) inches
Length from underarm to shoulder: 8 (8, 8 3⁄4)
