This Mama Turtle Color Match game makes the perfect addition to your preschool activity time! 12 Tiny Turtles fit snuggly inside of the Mama Turtle for easy storage and carrying. The Baby Turtles feature fun colored bellies to match. Simply lay out all of the Baby Turtles belly side down and take turns flipping over two at a time (like a standard matching game). The player with the most matches wins! This is a great piece to foster hand eye-coordination, and color recognition for preschool aged children.

This pattern contains two (2) PDF pattern instructions - one (1) to create the Mama Turtle “carrier” as well as one (1) to create the color matching Baby Turtles. This is NOT a finished piece.

Pattern is written in US terminology

NOTES:
This pattern is written with beginners in mind and features beginner friendly stitches and written instructions as well as full color reference photos. On that note, there is a bit of sewing/stitching together needed in order to assemble the Mama Turtle - so please keep in mind that this is not a no/low sew pattern.
