This spooky eyeball shell is a mod to be used with my no-sew turtle pattern. Turtle pattern must be purchased separately and is only available in my Etsy shop: ShesCraftyCrochetUS.

Shell is worked from top to bottom in continuous rounds throughout. You may choose to do a seamless/invisible join (there are videos that demonstrate this technique on YouTube) at the color changes if you don’t like the “jog” left when using a normal color change.

Materials Needed:
G (4.0-4.5mm) hook with worsted weight yarn or hook size suitable for chosen yarn type—any yarn type can be used!
Black, red, and white worsted weight yarn. Another color if choosing to make the colored iris portion of the eye a different color.
Red embroidery floss or yarn for eye veins and stitch details on the head

Approximate yarn amounts used (worsted weight yarn):
Black: 2-3g
White: 20-23g
Red (iris portion): 3-4g
Red (bottom of shell): 10-15g
