The Tussock Fingerless mittens are quick and easy-to-knit and a great way to show off a single skein of variegated, hand-dyed DK weight yarn.
They feature a pretty looped stitch that resembles a tussock of grass, and 2 x 2 ribbing on all edges for a firm fit.
The mittens are knitted in the round from the wrist to the fingers. The pattern is only on the back of the hand, so the mittens are mirror images of each other. Two sizes are included (Medium and Large Women’s), with negative ease for a close fit. Lengths are customisable.
