Tutu Bebe
This Tutu came about after searching patterns for something similar and just not finding what I wanted for my niece. I used 3 of her favorite colors for the skirt, one for each layer, but it can easily be made in a solid color. The number of stitches cast on is not critical for the size, but the length or each panel is. The skirt is gathered and fit with a piece of elastic that is cut specifically for the child’s measurement, so casting on more stitches will give you a fuller “twirlier” skirt. It can easily be made in a fingering or lace weight yarn, however, the lightness of the mohair and the available colors just make it FUN!!
