From the Designer
“Here’s a pair of socks that are truly a part of my soul! I’ve pored over my pattern books about a hundred times each and worked over the style I wanted in my mind during spare moments, always thinking--what would people want to make, a sock that isn’t difficult but would offer a variety of color and pattern? When I went to a workshop on slipped stitches, I knew they would be my answer. Since I love to stare at the wall of Shetland wool at my favorite knitting store, I used a few of those colors. After my first pair--I’m hooked! I can’t stop putting colors together with different slipped stitch patterns.”
