These socks were inspired by the topsy-turvy, but somehow highly ordered world of Alice in Wonderland; a world that is charming, playful, and delightfully mathematical. Simple and straightforward in construction, they feature a demure lace pattern that is founded on the elegance of the Fibonacci Sequence. However, they reveal a secret upon completion – the inside is just as pretty and interesting as the outside!

Skills and techniques: knitting in the round, basic lace techniques, picking up stitches, chart reading, grafting

Construction Details Socks are knit in the round from cuff down using a flap heel, traditional gusset, and round toe. Toe stitches are grafted together using Kitchener stitch. Lace in the round requires a small jog on certain rows; pattern is not suited for working 2 at a time.
