Tweedledee and Tweedledum Mittens
Materials: 1 oz (28.5 g) EACH of two main coordinating main colors; .5 oz (14 g) flesh tone color; small amounts of green, pink, brown, and red for small motifs.
From pattern description: “Whimsical puppet mittens delighted many children during the 1960s. On long bus rides to school or huddled in snow igloos, children enjoyed mittens with personality as well as warmth. The inspiration for these mittens, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, first came to life in 1872, when Lewis Carol wrote the classic Through the Looking Glass.”
