What’s a tweenie? It’s a dachshund that falls in between the two established sizes: miniature and standard. Whereas a miniature dachshund is anything under 11 lbs (at full size) and a standard is anything above 16 lbs (at full size), a tweenie is any dachshund that falls somewhere in between 11 and 16 lbs at full size.
