Pattern is written for 7-9 child size, but can be changed easily bigger or smaller by changing needle size, and yarn weight. Waist can be adjusted to be larger or smaller by changing number of decrease rows. I used almost a whole skein of I love this yarn, the white was just a scrap ball of yarn.
