The Twice the Stripes top is a raglan top worked seamlessly from the top down. There is neck shaping at the back of the top and a split hem at the bottom. You can choose between long or short sleeves. The sleeves are fitted. This is the perfect first top-down raglan!

The sweater 3-5 inches (7.5-12.75 cm) positive ease built into the sizes. There is a schematic provided so you can adjust the size made based on the positive ease you would like.

Long Sleeve Yardage: About 875, (950, 1050, 1200), (1350, 1500, 1650), (1775, 1875) yards

Materials: fingering weight yarn, circular needles, double pointed needles, stitch markers, scrap yarn or stitch holder, measuring tape, darning needle, wet blocking materials

Gauge: 24 stitches and 36 rows per 4x4 inch (or about 10.25 cm) square in stockinette, blocked.

Needles: US 5 – 3.75 mm circular needles (24 - 40 inches) and double pointed needles for sleeves (or needles needed to obtain gauge).
