If you want to make a smaller hat just go down a hook size. There is a lot of applique in this pattern. This is not a beginner hat.

There is a mistake in the pattern but it’s not a big one. When making the eyes it says “dark pink” and it’s supposed to say “darker purple”. I apologize. I have a new computer since this pattern was written and don’t have the original pattern on this computer. I will try to fix it as soon as I can. Thank you.
