A scarf inspired by two characters, Zant and Twili Midna, from the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess! Both ends of the scarf are designed from the sleeves of Zant’s outfit, while the middle comes from the design of Midna’s cloak (in her true form).

This super scarf is knitted using the double knitting technique, with fingering (1) yarn (I used Loops and Threads Woolike). I don’t recommend using yarn thicker than a sport (2) weight, because your scarf would end up really big and bulky.

A short (501 rows), and long version (1002 rows) of this scarf exist. Shown in the pictures is the long version, which is approx. 265 cm long. I haven’t made the short version, but theoretically it should measure 132.5 cm long.

I’m afraid this pattern is not printer friendly. I recommend that you download it on your phone or tablet, instead of wasting paper and ink. If the images of the charts aren’t clear (PDF conversion can do a number on images, sadly), you can check out the Google Sheet of this pattern.

I designed other scarves inspired by LoZ: Breath of the Wild (called the Hero’s Song Scarf, also free on Ravelry) if you’re interested!

You are free to sell products made from this pattern, but please do not claim it as your own. I worked hard to create this, and I’m offering this pattern for free so that everyone can also enjoy it, so please do not abuse of my kindness, thank you.
