Twirlstar is a lacy, layered, child’s skirt, sized from 2T-4T. It is knit in the round using circular needles in both 16” and 24” lengths. A provisional cast on is suggested. An elastic casing is formed and the two skirts are joined at the waist. No seaming is required although each skirt is knitted separately. Skirts are finished with a traditional bind off. The finished top skirt measures 5-1/2”. The finished under skirt measures 9”. Instructions are provided to make both skirts longer if desired.
