This pattern is written for a size 7 foot but is easily adjustable by changing the rib sections each side of the main panel.

The pattern features a ribbed section each side of the foot and leg to allow for better fitting and then a central panel of simple twisted cable stitches but no need for a cable needle.

The pattern is knitted in standard sock yarn and it is easy to get one pair out of 100g even if you do not use a contrast for heels and toes.
