I have only done one section so far, and at the moment am concentrating on the small blankets. i will return to finish the other sections in time.

using between 5-6 skeins of shetland chunky from Jamiesons (132yrds a skein) can be different, tonal or same color yarns, also suitable for other chunky yarns as gauge isn’t important.

Width of border is adjustable, hence the difference in yardage.

It is possible to make blanket longer.
