Twist Loop Collar
TWIST_LOOP_COLLAR is worked in rib stitch and features elegant cable details, tie strings at the sides, and a high neck. It is perfect under your coat and jacket but will also be very functional as a vest.
The collar is worked from the top down in rib stitch. First, the shoulders are worked individually, with increases for the neck. The 2 shoulders are then joined into a front panel by casting on stitches at the front. The front panel is worked back and forth with cables. At the back, the 2 shoulders are joined into a back panel which is worked back and forth in rib stitch with cables at both sides.
The neck stitches are picked up, worked in rib stitch, and bound off using the Italian bind-off technique. Finally, stitches are picked up at the sides to work 4 I-cord tie strings.
