About:
Twisted pathways hat is a cozy DK/4ply knitting pattern, designed in 4 sizes from Newborn up to adult. It is worked in the round, decreasing using your preferred small circumference method. The twisted stitch patterning is both written and charted so you can work in your preferred way. There are options for a folded or straight brim. This knitted hat looks great with or without a pompom.

If you choose a double brim you will need to allow for an extra 20% more yarn than approximate measurements below.

The finished hat will have approximately 4cm/1.5” negative ease.

NB: 35cm/14”
Infant: 41cm/16”
Child: 46.5cm/18.25”

Gauge:
Knit in pattern in the round, 24 stitches x 30 rounds = 10cm/4” (4mm/US6 needles)
Recommended Needles: (adjust needles to meet gauge)
3.25mm/US4 30-40cm/12-16” length circular needles for ribbing.
4mm/US6 30-40cm/12-16” length circular needles for main body.
Your preferred small circumference method for the smallest hat sizes and for the crown decreases.
