Twisted Rib Neck Roll
With its clean lines the pillow looks good in a modern setting. The yarn also has linen mixed in, so the cover is at home in a more cozy setting. I wanted the pillow cover to have the look of a cable, but not have to mess with an extra needle. So I used a twisted rib stitch to give some texture. This pillow cover is pretty easy to knit and although the yarn did not feel very soft as I worked with it; the finished product is very soft, very nice to lay your head on. The yarn is a mix of wool, acrylic and linen and has a unique look to it. You can of course use another bulky weight, just check your gauge.
