Twisted Stitch Fingerless Mitts
I designed these mitts to go with the Sweetie Pie Hat (by Purl Soho), using the Slip It Wristlet pattern (by Tracie Hinds) as a guide. The longer top edge allows more coverage for your fingers or fold it back for a top cuff.
Thank you to Purl Soho and Tracie Hinds for the inspiration. And, thank you to all of the Ravel-ers who share their patterns. I hope to give back by sharing this one.
The mitts are mirror images of one another so there is a Left and a Right.
The pattern is pretty straightforward following a 3-row pattern throughout the body along with a K1 P1 rib.
This is the first time I’ve designed and written a pattern. I hope it works for you. My apologies if something isn’t clear. If you have comments or questions, you can email me at denfemme@gmail.com and I’ll try to respond.
